As we primarily provide digital content, information, and services related to plant visual profiles and care information, please note that:
- Digital content and services are generally non-refundable once accessed or delivered
- If you experience technical issues preventing access to our services, please contact us for assistance
- We will work with you to resolve any technical problems or service issues
Physical Products
If we offer physical products, the following terms apply:
Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return items in their original condition, unused and unopened, with all original packaging and documentation.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via email or phone to request a return authorization
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return instructions and authorization
- Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
